After more then two years in development, We managed to create a product that baking experts declared was impossible. Bar-El's first break through was the production of a revolutionary, gluten free HAMBURGER ROLL. our roll is not only tasty but is both long lasting and of good texture.
This roll had also transformed the "Kosher for Passover" market at 2006 when first introduced and upgraded the products in this category as well. Soon after, we expanded the category to more leading products such as Pita bread, Ciabatta, Pizza crust and more.
